The Potted Fish Company, built on sustainable credentials by Devonshire man, Jonathan Bailey, aims to promote the benefits of using locally sourced ingredients.

Beginning on Jonathan’s kitchen table at the age of just 19, the business has grown from strength to strength. Within two years, his products were popping up all over the place, including within a number of major supermarkets!

Currently, The Potted Fish Company is supporting a number of charities, and hopes to cast its net wider as the company grows, with the aim to support local youth enterprise.

Ten per cent of all of the company’s profits go towards supporting Team Continuum, a charity that aims to provide immediate assistance to cancer patients. This is a charity very close to Jonathan’s heart. To find out more, visit www.teamcontinuum.net.

To date, The Potted Fish Company’s products can be found in selected branches of Sainsbury’s as well as on the shelves of discerning Devonshire delis and with the opening of Jonathon’s new factory, the business is heading upstream!
